My Philosophy

Food is used to fuel our bodies for physical function and it brings us together during times of celebration and mourning… food is not bad, but sometimes our thoughts surrounding it are. Fitness/exercise should never be a punishment for what you ate, not being able to fit into your favorite jeans, or because the number on the scale went up… it should be a celebration of what your body can do, this will give you true motivation. Faith/self-care is what centers us… God has given us every instruction we need, spending time with him and taking care of ourselves allows us to pour from an overflowing cup  ♥

How we get it done

Your goals can be achieved either through group coaching or 1:1 coaching that will include education on various nutrition principles, exercise exploration, devotion/self-care guiding, and goal-setting to help you live life on purpose ♥

As your health coach, I will help you discover healthy habits using my Sustainable Health Framework (faith, food, and fitness) that fit your lifestyle… because doing what someone else does hasn’t worked for you yet, right?! By discovering simple strategies that work for your unique situation, these habits become a lifestyle… not another diet or workout plan that you drop after 6 weeks. As your health coach I will not give you strict meal plans, strict exercise routines, or drag you down the road to healthy kicking and screaming. I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader… who happens to have a lot of experience in health/wellness ♥
