Join this six week journey towards a healthier you. Each week will focus on a new topic that will lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle utilizing my Sustainable Health Framework. Along with weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom, you’ll also get  on-the-go access for questions and encouragement via Voxer, lifetime access to course materials (including any updated info), and a community of women embarking on the same journey. You will have all the tools you need to jumpstart your new healthy lifestyle!


Q: How many weeks is the program?                                         A: 6 weeks

Q: What if I miss a session?                                                           A: Although you have the greatest benefit from attending each session live, the recordings will be sent via email within 48 hours of the session being completed.

Q: Do you offer individual coaching?                                         A: I do offer 1:1 coaching, we can discuss this option if you feel group coaching is not for you. Click the contact me link and we’ll get a call scheduled to discuss further.
